"If you're considering having a doula be a part of your birth journey, I cannot recommend Kathy enough. As someone who has struggled with anxiety for much of my life, it’s no surprise that the idea of giving birth brought a lot of nervousness. I didn’t have a detailed birth plan—my only real goal was a safe, healthy delivery for both me and my baby. But once I learned how impactful the role of a doula could be, I knew it was the right decision for me.

I truly believe her presence helped make my labor not only more manageable but less painful.

Kathy wasn’t just there for me—she was also an incredible support to my husband. She gently guided him on how to best be there for me, while also being a calming and reassuring presence for him during our long labor. Her professionalism never wavered, but by the end of the journey, she felt like a trusted friend.

I’m deeply honored that Kathy was part of our son’s birth. Working with her exceeded all my expectations, and I absolutely plan to have her by my side for any future births. From pregnancy to postpartum, her dedication, care, and passion for her work never faltered. Being a doula isn’t just what she does—it’s truly who she is."
